I’m pleased with how my Woodstock and outfit turned out!
I found the patterns for Woodstock and his hat very easy to follow. I had some issues following the collar of the jacket because I felt that the count stitches were off for some rounds in the pattern.
I figured it out in the end and am happy to have this little guy on my shelf :)
I'm not a beginner crocheter but when I saw this kit, and living in Sonoma County (home of Peanuts) I had to have it. I had many surprises when I opened the package.
First, there was an adorable hook included. I guess I didn't pay attention to that fact when I purchased the kit. I wanted to love it because the handle was SO smooth and comfy. Unfortunately the hook itself was very "sticky" for me so I switched it out to my usual Clover hook. It really made a difference on ease of crocheting and to somehow get the enclosed hook smoother for a beginner would be my only suggestion on that matter. I'm trying to figure out how to smooth it out myself! I really want to love it!
The second surprise was that the magic ring was already started!! A welcome bit of help for both beginner and more experienced crocheter alike!!
There was ALMOST enough yarn to complete two Woodstocks. Had I been more frugal with my tails I may have been able to get the second tail completed as well. So there is AMPLE yarn for the project. I looked for more of the yellow yarn but haven't seen it available so I can finish my second little Woodstock. I'll keep looking though.
The instructions were very clear and the video is quite helpful too. Would recommend these Woobles for certain.
Woodstock looks just as he should and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I need to get Snoopy now!!
This is my first Wooble. I love Woodstock in his winter coat and hat. He came out super cute. The step by step video and pattern were easy to understand.
Woodstock was my very first crotchet project. Wobbles made learning so easy. Great video tutorials and my little guy turned out adorable. I’m now working on Lola the polar bear. She’s adorable and easy too. I recommend Woobles. So stop sitting on the fence. Order a couple little guys and you’ll be “hooked”!!
