I loved these cute little kits! They were so easy to make and the snowman may be my favorite of all the mini kits so far. The present was really fun and I’ve been trying to think of small things to put in there to give people since it can be opened if you don’t knot the ribbon part. They work as small ornaments or fun additions to decorate gifts with and I had friends asking for me to add them to their gifts too 😂 10/10 would recommend this bundle of winter fun!

It is a cute kit with wonderful instructions that have been so helpful. It is nice I can go back and rewatch as needed. However, the white yarn came cut and roughly tied back together. It was a mess for a beginner to try to deal with. Woobles response was that it is “normal” so just know you may have cut and roughly tied yarn in the tiny roll that comes. Seems like it’s is such a small piece it could be avoided. They said knots are normal in their response. This is not a normal knot to me. I didn’t create it and I didn’t see it until I got as far as shown in the photo. For the price I feel like they could send full uncut pieces in the kits. Not sure if I’ll buy anymore.

While knots in a large length of yarn are normal, that amount of knots in such a small piece of yarn is definitely not acceptable. We've spoken to our manufacturing partners about this issue and it shouldn't happen again. Thanks for bringing this up. I've asked the team to give you a refund and I'm sorry again about your experience.
