This was my second wooble and when I say my Lola is looking a bit rough, man do I mean it. My body is kind of egg shaped and doesn’t really stand up but I think that’s my inconsistencies. The videos were pretty good until you got to the attachments and then it was not as detailed as the others. The scarf was a big challenge and I still don’t know if I have it correct but it looks ok. The ears were the biggest challenge especially when it comes to attaching them.
I got my first woobles and it was so easy the pre started yarn 🧶 made it so easy the sep by sep video instructions had everything on counting stitches to reading a pattern and it even teaches how to Mack a project with a magic ring need to be made by showing how to Mack a easy version love the kit so much definitely will recommend for beginners and masters and it came with so much extra yarn I could Mack a tow and if you mess up and can’t reuse the yarn you have plenty extra yarn
This is a great kit for beginners. I had so much leftover yarn. I was able to make a smaller version overall it was so easy and fun.
Lola was one of the first Woobles I did. I wasn't thrilled how it turned out, I felt my stitches were a bit too loose and I struggled with attaching pieces to the body. A few Woobles later, I wanted to try a take 2. Lola 2 is a lot smaller, I think my stitches are a lot more consistent (switched to a different hook) and I changed up the colors and gave her a little baseball cap (my first). Agree with the feedback below that the more time should be spent on the attachments, also adding the pom poms to the scarf was challenging even on the second go around, so would like more and slower video on these parts. The baseball cap doesn't look like a baseball cap, maybe it's the colors I used, but it seems like the brim of the cap should be a bit longer, I'll have to play with it a bit, but that's how I'm getting better. I can see my progress between the two so that's kinda cool!
It took me 3 hours to finish Lola and as always turned out adorable. Got it for Christmas and is so thankful! I hate to say this but I did not have enough red yarn to do the other pompom and had to use another kit to finish it. Videos were very informative and clear. Love The Woobles! 😍😍
