I love the duck and it so beautiful. But I did have to restart many times and I struggled with the color changes. Although I did make a cute crochet duck that I will likely keep for a while.
I have always struggles to learn crochet, my fingers holding the yarn just wouldn't cooperate and I struggled with using the hook correctly. Crocheting Maeve the Duck was so easy to understand, I did two. The one on the left is the original with the prestarted piece, its not perfect and there are miatakes that were made, however i cant wait to get more and practice, the one on the right is the one I managed to start all on my own, creating a magic ring with the tutorail provided. The sizes are different, I believe that is due to the filling I used on the second one (right). Woobles found me on my FYP when I was contemplating trying my hands and crochet again after years of knitting with two needles.
