FAQs

We send orders out within a few business days. If you're in Canada, please allow for an extra 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive.

We currently ship only to the US and Canada. US orders over $50, and Canadian orders over $75 ship free. 

For orders going to Canada, please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. Packages are sent out of the US by FedEx, and once they reach Canada, are handed to Canada Post. Your package's tracking information will update once it clears Canadian customs.

For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping. To start a return, you must email returns@thewoobles.pro. 

All pattern sales are final. No refund is offered once the file is sent or downloaded.
